The staff at The Charlee were exceptional! Karen, Mauricio, Luis, Edison and every other team member we met with went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel is ok. Major opportunity for better service. On one of the days, I had the sign on the door to clean the room. When I got back later that afternoon, it wasn’t cleaned. Then, the cleaner knocks on the door at 5pm to clean. 5pm?! They also only left one clean towel on multiple days so I had to go get more from the front desk.
