the location is good, with lots of bus access and on street parkings of the service that I got was friendly the interieur has space for groups and single persons, with several tables from outside sitting the prices are reasonable and in tune with larger caffes (at least for black coffee the baked were all looked great. the cookie I had was the best I had in a long time. melted chocolate with soft gooey inside, but si... What User doesn't like about Tamper:
I had heard good things about this place and I had hoped to spend some locals instead of going after dieucks. However, my icy mocha latte tasted like a cup of milk and the whole chocolate was in pieces / carving on the bottom to the point where she cloged mine a few times. the type that took my order was very nice and polite, but the girl that made it (or trained it) was rude and seemed angry to have a customer.
