One employee stood out to me—a young woman with blue braids (who I adored!). She took on a lot of responsibility and seemed to be doing her best to manage the situation and keep things under control. I find that when I order a burrito through the app, the taste and consistency can be hit or miss. However, when I place my order in person, I usually get a much better and more consistent result. I appreciate the convenience of the app, but the quality of the food doesn’t always match up.
