I have visited this place multiple times. Each experience was great even with staff shortages. They didn't seem to let that affect the quality of food. This last visit over the weekend was a huge disappointment. Food was not hot. Coffee arrived after our food. The pork belly was white in color and was barely cooked. Huge difference from last visit.
