What Trish at Play Online doesn't like about Dutch Bros. Coffee Jackson County:
Slow service. I can see if they are short-handed but waited in line for 20 minutes to find 4 workers inside...2 dancing around and laughing and two that actually appeared to be working. This doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. I have gone through 4 different Dutch Bros in the past 2 months and all seem to be the same...standards have lowered quite a bit. Service is slow! No more quick drive-thru to get a coffee. View all feedback.
Always friendly people work there, ask about your day as well. The drinks are better the 'S ' competitive company. My fav is a Como freeze. Delish!!
The only coffee company I will go to. And the stand on Riverside by the mall is hands down the best in Medford. Love the staff working there!!
