PERMANENTLY CLOSED.Which is awful. I love this place. No one makes boba were you can adjust the sweetness. Only place with quality teas that aren 't sugar bombs. Soups are bland, bland, bland! Pho (bland), Ramen(bland). Noodles were cooked properly and there were actual fresh herbs...but it was just so dang bland...added chili oil and Sriracha and it just didn't add enough to really make it flavorful. Bummer.
