I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Simple Fare in Medford. The Italian sandwich I ordered had the most delicious combination of meats on a Ciabatta roll, along with a side of chips. The portions were generous and the ingredients were fresh. I also took home some entrees, including the braised duck parpardelle which was cooked to perfection and had a rich, flavorful sauce.
