Buglers Dining Room and Lounge

Of 6 people there is only a warm meal. the ribs were microshaft-shaped and all were at best lukewarm. the $29 new york striploin was nothing more than a $5 paper thin sirloin, not to mention it was overhauled and dry...and cold. the only thing that was freshened was the choice of vegetables. the one thing that should be cold was the water and fortunately it was. unfortunately there are only a few options available in elkwater.

Picked up buffalo wings and pommes were both great! the fries were deliciously seasoned and the wings were fleshy and perfectly cooked.

We visited buglers restaurant for dinner and breakfast at this weekend and had two delicious meals. the evening meal was delicious baby-backed rips and pork cord-ballu with perfectly steamed sweet and creamy tasty kartoffels. the sauce on the black was incredible. dessert was the sticky toffee pudding! oh, my goodness, it was mouthwater. we had the skillful breakfast, which was so rich and absolutely delicious. many thanks to the young man who served as such gentleman. we will definitely come back.

Sent it back (the 15 minutes lasted for them to bring it out again to the time of the rest of my table had fished their meals) and replacement court was very warm. the accompanying baby potatoes were not bad, there were only 4 of them (on a main course)

Very unprofessional customer service. And we literally observed the kitchen staff putting multiple meals in the microwave including a steak! Very little selection on the menus and high prices. We read the reviews for this place before ordering and left before we could make the same mistake others have. We stayed at the lodge and were so disappointed that their restaurant was a two thumbs down. Also, outside of the restaurant was so grimy and unprofessional. 3 big grease barrels out near the entrance, along with a bunch of junk and cigarette buts. A red flag before you even walk inside.Cafe 12-34 was amazing, if you’re looking for good food, nice atmosphere and decent customer service in Elkwater.
