We love it here. Great fresh produce, good prices, friendly efficient service. Love the cut up veggie options like Brussel sprouts and turnips. Would love to see some new jicama options (spears, tortillas, etc), cauliflower rice, cut chayote squash, low carb veggies. The kids love the free organic banana while shopping. read more.

Prices are terribly high. The presentation of the produce is nice but I feel the store has a poor selection for their meats and groceries have little variety. Many times I have had to go elsewhere when looking for a famous brand name product. Their bakery is nice and they used to have a terrific seafood selection, which is now very small. "What a hidden gem! So happy we discovered this place today. My daughter and I stopped in for lunch. Being a vegan, my daughter can have difficulty finding a place she enjoys but the staff was so friendly and helpful to her. She had a veggie burrito with refried beans. I had the taco al pastor. Both dishes were delicious, very filling and very affordable! The place itself is small but it didn't feel that way, the decor/atmosphere is very enjoyable. Customer service was top notch!Vegetarian options: A few main dish options as well as 3 side options"

"I just arrived in Medicine Hat for a long work stay, and this was my first stop on my restaurant hunt, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere and decor is lovely, not too high end, but warm and inviting. I sat in the lounge...as I was solo dining and it was just as nice in there. The service was attentive and friendly, you can tell the manager (sandy? is a favourite and makes everyone feel at home. I had the Alberta sirloin entree-medium rare. The steak was cooked closer to rare with a cooler red centre, but I prefer it that way anyways. The sun-dried tomato herb butter on top was to die for. The potatoes were so cheesy and delicious as well. I recommend the gold Cadillac margarita if you’re looking for a good cocktail as well. Lots of friendly people and a fun local dining experience, I’ll be back for sure!"
