What Shawn Harris doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
9 out of 10 times there my order is wrong. Can't follow very simple instructions. Staff are very unmotivated and ignorant. Homeless people begging on all corners makes for a uncomfortable wait. The list goes on and on. Start holding your managers and employees accountable you're in customer service if you don't like it find something else. View all feedback.
