Waiting is the name of their game except when they forget to make sub rolls , which has happened 2 times in one week .Just a bunch of kids that care less and know even less . View all feedback.
Made an awesome sub !! For only one other person being there , I thought I had to wait pretty long . But over all was good ..
I have to say I have never been so disappointed with a sub than today. I came in with my Fiancé to get two subs and a wrap. The blonde girl behind the counter made her sub right but we were still ordering she never asked us if we needed more. So then we told her that we needed a sub and a wrap I continued ordering my sub and she forgot about the wrap, so we told her that we needed a wrap. She gets an attitude in her motion and slaps the wraps on the table and obviously she 's annoyed. I 'm sorry but even if a customer makes you mad (for no reason) you should never be acting like that, take it to the bathroom or better yet when you clock out. She then finishes my Fiancé 's sub and the wrap then starts cutting mine and wrapping it with just meat and cheese like HELLO I still need my toppings. I told her I needed toppings, doesn 't even bother correctly opening it back up and leaves the meat half on half off slaps on my toppings and squirts the mayo everywhere and wraps it up sloppily. I told the manager of Crosby 's and she happily offered me a remake, she handled it very well and I appreciate her time before clocking out to make it right.I have pictures of the subs and they look COMPLETELY DIFFERENT
Every time the very short stocky woman with glasses as working it is a horrible experience she's rude aggressive with her tone and every time you ask a question she bite your head off while helping customers she screams at other employees she is screaned out private numbers that customers do not need to hear for the register while customers are in a full store of five or more customers I think I caught her nametag once and it started with an S this particular location is attached to a Crosby's the Crosby's employees are wonderful I've had several encounters with them to where they are absolutely amazing they've actually apologize for her behavior as we were leaving how she is very verbally abusive to customers and staff
Waited 2 hours for 3 subs then we were charged for extra meat which we asked for and they never gave us extra. Subs were cold so I don’t think we will be going back to this subway. We were not to thrilled about it.
They only had 2 types of sub roll to choose from then had no lettuce or no spinach!! Not going to that place no more and not the first time this has happen to me
