I go to Starbucks because the drinks are consistent. I used to go to Tim Hortons and I always order the same thing. For years. It never tasted the same however and when I would bring this up to the Tim Hortons staff they acted like I was wrong. That’s why I go to Starbucks now. I order the same thing every time and I know roughly how it should taste and they are always very consistent with that. View all feedback.

There was a finger nail found in my drink. I went back immediately and asked to speak to a manager and instead of bringing the manager the girl asked what’s the issue with my drink. I explained the “issue” of a nasty finger nail being found in my drink, and they thought remaking it and giving me a card for $4 off was sufficient for fixing the problem.
