Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! 30 mins wait for 1 cappuccino! Instead of simply apologing for the wait, Management made excuses why others got their coffee first (take away takes preference!) I asked for a simple apology when I get the response "If that's going to make you feel better... Sorry for the wait!" What kind of business is this!!
