I waited 30 mins for a small breakfast there was only 5 people in front of me who all had the basic menu. To add to this frustration people who arrived 10 and 15 mins after me got their food at the same time as me. When I complained the staff turned really nasty a simple apology would have sufficed but they chose to be aggressive towards me, something I cannot accept from a customer service function.
