"I have visited cake factory Meerut. On 09 may. 18. And ordered a special cake for birthday of Rs 3600/ snooker table cake customised. They charged me 1200rs per kg. I was ok with it. But the shop made such a bad. Cake in presentation....Lots of flaws were there in the cake. At some places black spots are found. Shape of the balls not good. Snooker stick not proper. Cente line where balls are kept not proper. Goal point of cake not made properly. Highly disappointing look of the cake. Not at all impressive. If a person is paying 3600 Rs. And not getting satisfaction then what's. The difference between ur shop and other shops in meerut. over the staff is arguing over there that. We make cake by hands not machine. This is the only shape we can give. Nothing extra. Take it like this only. Such rude behaviour of ur staff members with the customer. Highly dissapointing. I will never suggest anyone now to buy ur cake as u people cheat the customers and misbehave with them. I will also complain in consumer forum for.mis behaviour of ur staff and cheating. The cake photo is diff. And cake presented is very bad in shape. The writing on the cake for birthday wishes is so bad as if. Some small guy has written who is untrained. I will take the matter to consumer forum for sure. If I don't receive a positive response in next few days. Attaching the original photo also of cake which was requested. Thanks. Abhishek 9520400411"
