La table du Skieur - Feedback

What Josette Dijoux doesn't like about La table du Skieur:
it was apparent from the menu that everything came from a catering pack, with the exception of the steak tart of my partner, who was genuine and of a reasonable standard. my heavy fish was moist, but not huge in taste. the service was enthusiastic, but something secret. I guess they are coming for the wonderful view and not the culinary experience. View all feedback.
