Nice ambience, typically alpine style. this was one of the worst place I have been in a long time. the people are rude the service not even worth mentioning. they call themselves five stars, I wonder how much they had to pay in bribes for that. the worst part, if you ask to talk to a manager for a complaint, the automatic response you get, 'he is not available' when you insist, they call him in the reception, you can ear the entire conversation, as the la...
