But what it is about in Sonnora is the kitchen and that was their 3 stars absolutely worth. My personal highlight was the carrot from beef tartar with caviar, that was Champions League! "No and no! 3 attempts and disappointment every time. The workflows are completely blurred and confused. In the end, no good product can come out. Döner is prepared before the pide begins. Bread not heated. Meat cut 10 minutes before documents.... not kept warm. Fully cold filled and on the grill with to go bag for 10 minutes until the pasture finish. Ordering with 10 minutes waiting time is simply underground. Wait for 30 minutes? The quality is taken from the previous owner."
