"This restaurant perfect to visit after you have seen the Meissen museum, as it is very close. The staff do not speak much English, so you will need to get by on some basic German.The prices are very reasonable, falling around the 8-9euro mark. There are many pasta and pizza dishes to choose from. We had two pizzas and two pasta dishes - all of which were equally good. We were here on a Saturday in Winter, and we were the only people there, even though it was 1pm, which was very nice."

"Enjoyed our meal here. Food was good, service very friendly. Small restaurant (like most in the old town), but good food selection. Lunch service appears to end in mid-afternoon, although maybe that's just for the winter season. We saw a few people stop by for...food after we ordered, but the kitchen had closed until evening. Europeans do love to smoke, and this place allows smoking in the evening, so that's something to consider for those who prefer smoke-free dining. We enjoyed our lunch very much though. One of us spoke German, but they also offer menus in English, although the English versions seems considerably shorter than then German one."

"It was our second visit to this restaurant. unfortunately nothing of good service again. first we got the drinks. first mistake, instead of a 0.5l pils we got a 0.4l spezi. then it came to eat. stadt salat with tunfisch was brought us a teller with bifteki. we had to ask if there is not the usual ouzo. after we had drowned out our drinks we left. ach here was nothing to feel from the service again, we wanted to say goodbye but it was no more personal to see."
