The cookie was not the one I ordered and the one they gave me was not fresh. The sub was good.

For $26, and over 30mins later for a delivery across the street (literally) youd think they would have at least made something.... well edible. Or maybe similar...

We swap out the tomatoes for jalapeños and its so good. Love their soft white bread.

A few toppings were wrong but the sandwich was still quite good for a chain sandwich shop

"Good atmosphere and amazing views. They had live music so if want ac, peace and quiet you can sit inside. Food was great! Ordered lobster bisque and it was amazing, with chunks of meat in it but having it served with bread was a little messy. Shimp was good and well prepared (not overcooked-chewyl and glad they serve real mashed potatoes. They have a decadent chocolate cake you must try!"

"Small space with large outside seats. Good value for seafood? I ordered the Clam Chowder and the salmon and rice bowl spicy). The garlic bread that came with the bowl was great! I enjoyed the salmon dish all be it a bit over salted) the flavors and the mixture was delicious. The salmon steak was thick and overall a good value for the price. I'd stop again?"
