"Hard to rate since we made reservations yesterday, drive 1:45 minutes, and they were closed. They could have called me. A three and a half hour round trip, and didn’t get to eat there. "If I could give this place a zero, I would. I bought a Pollo Asado bowl and chewed on a small hard piece of plastic that was in the food. I had to throw out the rest of it and my stomach felt unwell afterwards. I tried to call the place multiple times, butonly a robot picks up cause apparently the ?team members need to focus on making burritos and bowls?. Workers need to becareful, people could get hurt! Never going back."

"We went to Cracker Barrel last night for my birthday. Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite restaurants and this one didn't disappoint. All the food was delicious, hot and came real fast once we ordered.I also wanted to give a shout out to our server Megan. She was so friendly and just great. We came in an hour before closing and she never made us feel like we were rushed or anything.We will definitely be back again!!!"
