This place is cruel!! If I could evaluate it with zero stars, I would. I love Wendys and often go. But I will never return to this special Wendys under circumstances. The last 4 visits were ALL terrible experiences!! The waiting times are incredible. The staff is rude, unprofessional, respectful and only makes a bad experience, infinitely worse.
