Great location, great view, great staff. I would give Chocolate Buddha 5 stars if that's all a restaurant needs to deliver. However, again the food disappoints. I have gone several times over the years but have had one too many very ordinary dishes. Stay away from the rice dishes - you'll get more flavor and imagination elsewhere and for half the price.
