Hi, I applaud this restaurant for its organic menu, which is great but us others have said limited. The chai tea was tremendous. Poached eggs wonderful! I am writing this just to let the owners know. The green eggs have a home-made hollandaise sauce, which is not your normal creamy hollandaise. Unfortunately the beautifully poached eggs were placed on cold toast, cold ham and cold spinach.
