Our food was hot, as it should be, and it was served quickly. This was my first visit since the renovations and the restaurant looked so much better than it previously did, much more modern and welcoming, although the restaurant eating area was so small that I had very limited choice for a table with my mobility scooter. Once I ordered off the app I got my food fresh and fast. The chips were perfectly salted and nice and warm. For the burger it was perfect and nice and moist.
Food is hot normally, as most times the place is busy, but to make sure, ask for fresh.
Bad experience. The staff always put less food in the bag when pick up from drive-through. （e.g three chicken wings only give 2，zinger burger meal no potato Gravy etc.）Don't advise to buy anything from this store!
