No polyester or nylon waistcoats here. Up the escalators is a modern yum cha restaurant, great fit out, only a tiny bit kitsch. The food was beautiful. Not the same old yum cha found in most of Chinatown in Melbourne. Service was great with trolleys on the 3 minute mark almost. we came to the restaurant and sat on the two tables we had booked. the cutlery/kina they also want to call was quite dirty, and we gave back to the waiters at the end cups/plates/plates/plates before eating died. that was eating, actually in order for everything they can eat. the waitresses were quite awkward aha, they knocked around and left dinge on the table.
