The Vietnamese food was fine, not as good as I have experienced in Vietnam but OK. But, the service was appalling in that hot food was delivered, randomly followed by entre and only after asking, twice, did we receive bowls.The room is small, with concrete floor, concrete walls and the sound level was almost painful.
