Found this lovely corner cafe that had a Parisian feel to it and a simple menu with wonderful coffee and wines to complement the food. Our waitress was delightful. We didn't need to spend a fortune to spend a little moment in Paris. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Napier Quarter:
Partner and I arrived and were seated outside. Waiter starts rolling on with the selections then straight up mid sentence leaves to accomodate a larger group to seat them. Never comes back to finish and not even to take our orders. Wine list is pretty amateur and appears who ever designed it was uneducated on fine wines.
