My son chose this restaurant as it is near his college. Good creativity on the food but the ingredients used are not the expensive produces like some other degustation restaurants. We had alcoholic pairings for the dinner but I would think they need a sommelier to assist on the pairings as we felt there could have been better other choices for the food.
