What Mel A Nie likes about Penang Road:
One of our to-go for Malaysian food! Yummy and reasonably priced. My favourite is definitely the nasi lemak with curry chicken! Only downside, the restaurant is small and it can be quite tricky to get a table during dinner time. View all feedback. What Felton Bradtke doesn't like about Penang Road:
They try hard and it can get hectic, food is pretty good and flavoursome. Tried the Roti which was disappointing but we were happy with nasi Goreng , Chinese broccoli and Won Tons, will definitely go back to try more'' View all feedback.

read morePenang Road restaurant offers a taste of authentic Malaysian street food in a casual setting. While some dishes like the Roti may be disappointing, other options such as Nasi Goreng and Chinese broccoli are flavorful and worth a try. The restaurant may lack fancy decor, but makes up for it with delicious pan-Asian dishes and affordable prices. The flavors are close to authentic and unique to the region, with dishes like Char Kway Teow and Nasi Lemak receiving high praise. Overall, Penang Road is recommended for those looking for a taste of Malaysia in Melbourne.
