We stopped by for morning tea and had toasted fruit bread which was amazing. It had big chunks of fruit and was served with butter on the side and a little pot of home made raspberry sauce. I recently stayed at Mercure Welcome for two nights and invited a friend to join me at the Soul for lunch. I used two welcome drink vouchers from the hotel and ordered lunch. We ended up chatting non-stop for almost two hours. Coffee was better than expected. We decided to move to the upper level which is linked to the bar of the hotel. Free coffee to go!
