This has to be the worst place for burgers. First time at Braums. My burger had a soggy bun. The patty tasted like pure salt. I bit into it and had to spit it out because it tasted like I dumped a bunch of salt in my mouth. I called back to just get a refund for the burger which seems like a simple thing to do over the phone but I guess they couldn?t do that. Not even worth a drive back. Horrible experience. Terrible...
