"The staff at the CBD branch are always friendly and their gelato is super good. They always have great flavours and they always change it up so that everytime you go you have different options. We had the white mint chocolate chip , peanut butter, pistachio and chocolate. They are open late so that's a win!"

"What a find. Loved it in Sept and came back to Cape in December picking hotel next door. We just could not skip this place for nine breakfasts in a row. Outstanding coffee but the real genius is the ladies doing the cooking. Sauces on the eggs are creative. The Pesto Mushroom and grilled tomatoes on homemade sourdough bread was just incredible. Add to that, an excellent almond croissant. I went back on Day Two – I had Cushty Classic – perfect eggs with fresh chives; grilled tomato and grilled mushroom cooked with herb; nice bacon. Day 3 had Chicken Pesto sandwich with side salad which was very good. (bread sliced a bit top thick). Day 4 Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. Heavenly. It was busy and popular. Everything is cooked to order so you should plan on waiting for heaven on a plate."

"One of the best cafes in Cape Town! We absolutely love the team here they provide amazing service. The food is delicious (I recommend the oats and the Asian salad) and the coffee, they also have lovely clothes and jewellery for sale!! I would come here every day if I lived in Cape Town."

"Never had that before it was served at Africa. all very clearly marked and the people in S.Africa get it just about what is vegan and what is not. delicious snack style eat so they can try different things. also this is in a food market and other stalls that also serve vegan food. So they wander around and enjoy them."

"I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The service was a little hit and miss, but the food and variety was exceptional. The international beers are fairly overpriced unfortunately. The sushi was some of the best I’ve ever had."
