"This place came highly recommend and we weren't disappointed by the food and service. I had the most delicious creamy thai red curry I think I've ever tasted. Our waitress was delightful and it was very reasonable. My only criticism would be the decor. It has the feel of a canteen or something. Very dark and uninviting. It does look better when full but it's a real shame that it doesn't retain the cute pub feeling that you get from the outside. The tables are chairs are really dark and modern and just feel out of place. But, I would definitely return as the food was so good."

"We had booked into this restaurant a few weeks ago, but when the day came, the owner had to close as the storm damage in this part of Victoria was such that we couldn't have driven there. We happily rebooked for the next day, which...was our actual Anniversary, and arrived to discover that we were the only lunch guests. We felt very honoured grateful sat by the window enjoying the lake, garden nursery. The menu is 4-courses with multiple choices we were both able to choose very yummy courses. The wine list was extensive we chose a beautiful bottle of sparkling shiraz from Heathcote. We couldn't fault our meals, but my only comment would be that I would have enjoyed a fish or seafood option as I don't eat meat had an entirely vegetarian meal."
