"Opening hours on the website as well as on the door clearly state that they are supposed to be open until 9pm. Went over on Thursday March 11 just a few minutes before 8:45 and the doors were already locked. I knocked to see if you had to do a call in or something and the girl just waved me away, didn't even come to the door. I guess if she locks up early she gets a head start on the clean up and gets to go home early... not great for customers though is it. Just something the owner should be aware of."

"Took them a min to stop talking with each other and decide who was going to come take my order. I got Tim bits that were still warm so I really liked that but they were still discussing outside of work topics while making my order and they forgot to make my coffee and walked away from the counter to go talk to a friend that was at the drive thru... I had to wait and try to get someone's attention so that they could make my coffee I would say I waited about 10 mins before I got someone's attention. I'm all for having fun and discussion while at work but to deliver great customer service... you need to focus on your customer as if they are the most important guest in your store .. after your done with the guest go back to chatting with the other staff and as long as your having fun while doing your work then your all ok with me!!! So keep having fun !!!!!! My coffee was perfect and the tim bits to die for lol thanks guys"
