Le Cactus is in the centre of Membrey. French Mexican cuisine. Only Thursday to Sunday open. You should make a reservation. In the evening. On Sunday night there is always pizza with a very thin, crunchy floor. I always had my Chevre chaude. Salad sauce very fine and the goat cheese just before flowing on roasted baquette slices. We ate very well, it was very good, and the very nice boss.
Super nice, pleasant, friendly staff.Very good quality of the dishes, with good value quality price. I strongly recommend in this small village at the bottom of the high Saône
