I’d leave zero if possible. We arrived at 11:20 to be told very rudely “we ain’t open “. We were told about a half hour. We came out of Hot Topic 15 minutes later to see someone being served pretzels. When we got to the window this time, we were told again by the same woman that they weren’t open.
