What Ken McGlynn doesn't like about Back Yard Burgers:
2 bad experiences at the Perkins location recently. First time paid for bacon, didn't get any. Second time ordered and paid for a double burger, received a single. Even asked at the window if they for sure prepared a double and they lied straight to my face. They won't even fix their their dilapidated menu board at the drive thru. I will no longer be visiting this location. Which is a shame cause I like their burgers when they take care to prepare them properly. I reported both experiences and never received any type of acknowledgement or compensation for the mistakes.
