Every single part of my experience at this restaurant was awesome. The decor inside is very beautiful, lots of options on the menu and the food was amazing. Karema was our server and she was very nice and friendly. She was attentive too and made sure me and my friend had everything we needed. Horrible customer service. I ordered online and accidentally chose the Poplar location (east Memphis) instead of poplar location (collierville). I immediately called the store within 45-90s of receiving the order confirmation. The woman informed me that they would not refund the money nor would they transfer the order to their collierville location NOR would she provide a voucher to their location to be picked up at... Excellent. Some of the most delicious, authentic ramen I've had. Amazing service and atmosphere. I can't wait to return!
Best Ramen bar in Memphis. Portions are great and the place has good options for non-pork eaters as well.
