Lennys Grill Subs - Feedback

What Amy Freytag doesn't like about Lennys Grill Subs:
I went to this store and this is my first bad experience there, I was treated rudely, they waited on several customers who came in after me. I had ordered and paid. I had to go reorder several times, I asked for no pepper on my food so I got extra pepper and was unable to eat the food, I called and asked for manager and was told the manager is gone for today. When we walked in we were greeted at the door. ?Welcome to Lenny?s!? One of the friendly staff said as we came in. But we were no ordinary customer.
