What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Great customer service! McDonald's needs to fix their Equipment! Not only were none of the speakers working, his speakers were game, but the app was also not not working at the register when I try to use my Rewards. I then stopped up the line for 20 minutes until they fixed it over a $2 10 piece chicken nugget. I felt terrible making all the Customers weight in line. The staff was great and handled it amazingly! No salt on fries which is sacrilegious. Coke drink was weak in flavor and the quarter pounder with cheese had no flavor. Very poor experience. Servers where not the Memphis friendly they should beFood: 1/5
The ONLY ? McDonald's in the area with a working frappe/ smoothie ? machine. Dependable for cold drinks in a hot summer ?? Location was crowded but it didn't take long to make the drinks Parking was cramped and this area of Poplar is super busy.Food: 5/5
Deserves -5 stars. 1. They can never give fresh fries 2. I was just in there and they was mopping it was so wet my 4 yr old slipped and fell and got hurt one person said is he ok but didn’t come look another person said oh he’s ok. Well he’s not! Then my fries I ordered a medium and got a small and they’re not fresh at all. This place is a big joke then when I call it just keeps hanging up. Every time I go there they mess something up. Like giving out uncooked hamburgers.
All of their employees from the corporate office to restaurant staff need extensive training. Because the McDonald’s app never properly works. And the employees that monitor the app complaints are incompetent.
McDonalds was ok I ordered 2 egg McMuffins and a hash brown and was in and out in 2 minutes
