Always let McDonald's but the customer service is so horrible. I spoke to the manager at the drive-thru window and she even had a rude demeanor I'm not understanding how come all these females working at the drive-thru window are always with the s View all feedback.

What happened to McDonald's used to be a family place. Now you go in you can't even order from a person. Forgot about eating cheap cost $25 for 2 people I could not imagine if we had kids too. Really it's McDonald's not a five star restaurant. It was a great place to take the family for fast, good, affordable food. Well not anymore. Now it's unfriendly and to expensive. View all feedback.
The experience was not bad, especially being a McDonald's in South Memphis. The frappé machine actually worked!
