Our first morning in Memphis and we tried Sugar Grits. Such a tasty meal. We tried Grits, biscuit and gravy and weren't disappointed. I had the steak and eggs breakfast and husband had the rise and shine breakfast. The coffee is lovely too. The meal was really filling and kept us going all day. The staff are so friendly too. Sugar Grits should invest in individuals that want to come to work. The service we got was not a good look for out-of-towners. Food- cold and disgusting. Service- horrible. View all feedback.
To the owners: Get rid of the waiters and add more cooks and you will have a great place to eat. It took way too long to get an order.....twice.
Jazz, our server, was excellent and the food was delicious! Came here for breakfast and everything was so good especially the biscuits and gravy.
