What Dion Brown doesn't like about Texas Roadhouse:
I should've listened to the reviews, busy and understaffed, apps and sides literally came out after the entrée. Poor servers, working hard but appears to be poorly managed from the kitchen. Sat at bar, customer next to me never, yes never got his food, 45min after ordering he walked out. I won't go back, when in town I'll drive down to Longhorn or J Alexander's. ...... Well walking out turns out not to be a staffing... View all feedback. What Garry Reynolds likes about Texas Roadhouse:
I would've given 5 stars, but it took so long in getting our food that my husband had to go ask. People arrived several minutes after us and got their food way before us. The food was delicious and the waitress was nice. Just slow slow slow. View all feedback.

read moreThe overall experience at Texas Roadhouse seems to be mixed with some customers complaining about slow service, rude hostesses, poorly cooked steaks, and undercooked sides. There are also numerous complaints about long wait times and uninterested staff members. However, some customers have had great experiences, enjoying delicious steaks, attentive service, and tasty sides. The restaurant's famous bread with cinnamon butter is also a highlight. Despite the mixed reviews, it seems like Texas Roadhouse can be hit or miss depending on the location and the day. But for those craving a good steak and some tasty sides, it might still be worth a visit.
