Very nice selection of wines, nothing to say about this. On the other hand, the plate is far from matching the wine list. Potatoes peeled in advance, so loss of starch, so cardboard fries. Logic. Beef saying from Aubrac, cooked in English? So cooking terne, without relief, without sauce, without anything... The little clafoutis with girolles is a good idea hoping that the girolles are French.
