"A nice culinary evening. We crossed Marvejols and we were recommended this restaurant, thank you for this beautiful discovery. Excellent reception, friendly staff and attentive to customer requests. The map is explained orally, nothing is written, it is a will of the boss, it participates in the atmosphere and exchange, very good idea. Flats: nice gourmet salads, including 1 for vegetarians if I don't shrub, burgers to fall on the ground, I'll come back, and meat. All accompanied by delicious homemade fries, dishes or salads. Few dishes, but mastered, with local and fresh ingredients. We were 3, we all took the burger cheese sauce with 2 slices of fragrant cantal, a good piece of chopped cow steak Salers, local vegetables, everything is local and a homemade bread that suits perfectly. In the mouth, I sincerely think I never ate such a good burger, simply. The cantal brings a pronounced taste that I enjoyed. The crunchy homemade fries are a pleasure as well as to say food, a pleasure. We discussed quickly with the boss to thank him as much as we enjoyed: there is a real desire for perfection, to satisfy customers in service and in the plate and the result is there, bravo and thank you. Rarely a restaurant will have enjoyed me so much and I think my enthusiasm feels. Go treat yourself. Thanks to the boss and the whole team, there is professionalism and especially love in the plaque."

"This busy little hotel perched in a lovely village above the Tarn is an ideal place to take a break. We love walking out into the hills after a long drive from the north. The rooms are compact but spotlessly clean and well furnished. And the restaurant never fails to please from our opening lunchtime salade campagnard, through delicious dinner and simple breakfast. The staff are a delight and the service is excellent. What more could one ask!"
