What Shelby L doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
First time visiting this costa. I have come here to enjoy some hot drinks whilst working on my laptop. The staff didn't even great me and then proceeded to rudely ask me what I wanted. Whilst I was trying to order my drink she then continued a non work related conversation with the other member of staff. A very quick visit today. Excellent service . Wife had breakfast tea, I opted out on this visit, will make up for it next time. Despite only two staff members on duty, service was very quick and friendly
Good experience and good coffee all of the staff were welcoming and professional. (three ladies working on the 10th July at around 11.00am) The store was clean and tidy and the tables were cleared as soon as a customer left. These ladies are a credit to your business.
Friendly staff assisted us. The cake I had was good. I went for cheese cake but they didn't have any. Atmosphere was nice.
The staff deserve a lot of credit as they always have a nice chat and a laugh with me. The service is consistent and speedy. If they read this they’ll know me as “Mocha Man”
Still clean and tidy with polite staff, great coffee and, most importantly, no dogs.
