This was my second stay at this lovely hotel this year. This time I brought my daughter. We were lucky our room was ready early so we were able to check in early and freshen up before heading into Glastonbury. This lovely hotel is in a great location for Glastonbury, Wells, Street among many other great places to visit. The staff were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very poor quality of food with frozen vegetables and frozen yorkshire puddings. Disorganisation with kitchen as one of the carvery meats wasn't ready at 12:45 needed another 20 minutes!!Poor directions to where the carvery is and charged us full childs price for a 2 year old. View all feedback.
