We found this place when we were walking around Mendoza. It is a small place with vegetarian take-out buffet. You can sit outside as well (but the seating area belongs to the next shop so probably nice to buy a bottle of water or something...from them if you want to sit at the outside tables) Lots of options and inexpensive.
