Al fin tenemos comida china en Mendoza!! Todas las opciones son ricas. Me encantan los platos agridulces!

When you're in Mendoza, it's highly unlikely you'll find authentic Asian food. So I had my expectations managed before trying this, but I was willing to risk it...

"It is located in a stars hotel, so the restaurant has a good decoration staff mostly don't speak english they came with an amuse bouche with olives from a can when they have fresh olives, somethin look like a dulce de leche...cream same color and it was chicken. So my mother said don't eat what you don't recognize because you don't know what is inside and she is true in this junk food century. Gazpacho has too much water and wasn't amazing when it's so simple to do the waitress came with olive oil bottle, she explained the one was for degustation and i had to privilege to have one spoon of it and i refused the other basic as she said bottle so for me you want to be an high end restaurant and you serve the best but you don't try to sell anything and to finish i asked to the waiter if the beef was tender and he said yes and i warn him, i will refused any hard meat. He confirmed the meat was soft, but in fact it was hard with nerves and i refused it. So it was probably an old cow out of milk meat like the supermarket meat. It's the second time it happened in Argentina where meat is supposed to be good but it's not true, it's a legend. A soft tender meat is more expensive than hard meat and for the benefits of the hotel and restaurant, the is the most used. And the good meat might be for export. so the place was nice, as well as the wine so just come to take a drink"
